This piece reimagines cheesecake as a wall installation that’s gravity-defying, sculptural, and hung like a work of art in a gallery. Guests encounter it first as an object: they pause, take it in, admire the composition. Only then do they realize it’s dessert. An experience meant to be enjoyed with the eyes before the first bite.
At its core, it’s a classic New York–style cheesecake, finished with layers of texture, color, and flavor:
Black sesame paste
Pistachio butter
Crisp meringue
Peach, passionfruit, and strawberry gels
It’s dessert as installation, where presentation becomes part of the pleasure, and the line between food, art, and design disappears.
