In 2024, we teamed up to create unforgettable event experiences, always putting sustainability at the forefront of our work.

Here are some exciting milestones to celebrate together + some fun food facts:

Out of 370+ events, we composted 75k pounds of food waste while also donating leftover uneaten and eligible food to our local soup kitchen. That compost alone will enrich enough soil to plant + grow food for an entire community farm for a year.

We offset 171 metric tons of carbon with Terrapass - that’s like balancing out the emissions from 140 round-trip flights from NY to LA!

We supported Zero Foodprint to remove 104k tons of CO2 equivalent from our planet - the equivalent of taking 22,500 cars off the road for an entire year.

We built the food furniture + serving trays used at your event with 1,268 pounds of recycled materials - that’s like up-cycling 42,267 plastic bottles, instead of using new materials!

If your event required an easy clean-up, we only used biodegradable products - a total of 10k+ biodegradable plates from Verterra to be exact - cutting thousands of pounds of single-use plastic from landfills.

We poured 104k bottles of biodynamic, sustainably grown, organic, or woman/minority owned wines. That's the equivalent of roughly 520k glasses of wine. Cheers to that!

If your menu had seafood, it came from New York’s Greenpoint Fish & Lobster Co. We ordered 96k pounds of sustainably sourced seafood this year - fish, shellfish, and seaweed, harvested or farmed in a way that meets today’s needs, while preserving species + ecosystems for future generations.

We used 12k pounds of flour to create our delicious bites - that's like making approximately 48k soft pretzels.

We ordered 410k limes and 312k lemons to zest up your meals and drinks - enough juice to serve approximately 585,333 shots of tequila!
