Esqueeze Me: A Pinch Summer Block Party

The Pinch Peep Show is our bi-annual event, hosted right here in our Chelsea kitchen and studio. It’s our way of testing and debuting our latest food design concepts!

A few weeks ago, our Summer Peep Show took the shape of a full-blown block party, complete with floating food, an ice cream truck, cocktails on tap, and plenty of surprises. We transformed our space and sidewalk with overhead clothes lines, stacked snack baskets, and the jazziest tunes imaginable.

As always, the night was a love letter to our two favorite things: Food and Design.

• A crudité stroopwaffle {clothes}line

• Our Pool Party Interaction, hosting floating bowls of shrimp cocktail and cured watermelon, which transitioned to a takeaway sweet treat of raspberry pistachio cookies

• The new Peg Table, featuring spicy salmon nori cones, then decadent cake cones later in the evening

• Mascarpone ice cream sandwiches, between layers of spicy ginger snaps, delivered by our Pinch van turned ice cream truck

• A lychee gin cocktail flowing down the Marble Slab, plus spicy mango margaritas with a salted foam from the Cool Cart

• New Pop-Ups like the anchovy-lemon-garlic infused celery logs on handheld ice sculpture

It's always such a pleasure getting to share this evening with everyone who attended, you all make the Peep Show extra special!
