Family Meal Birthday Celebration

At Pinch we eat Family Meal together daily. This week, we brought our Family Meal ritual outside for a special birthday celebration. We took over a stretch of the sidewalk outside our office and set a 35-person long table for the entire Pinch team to gather, share a meal, and toast five Pincher's birthdays. The table was a mix of loud laughter, cheering, clapping, sharing stories, and a wonderful way to enjoy a summer meal outdoors.

The menu featured some of our seasonal favorites: summer green salad with snow peas, cerignola, zucchini, cucumbers, feta, and a scallion vinaigrette, a roasted salmon with smoked paprika and avocado vinaigrette, and cold cocktails and bubbles to keep things cool. But the real showstopper? A Pinch-style birthday moment featuring our signature 16-foot long hinge, stretched out and stacked with three flavors of cake: double chocolate with mascarpone, strawberry shortcake, and mint chocolate.

To us, this is what Family Meal is all about: connection, gathering, and lots of food and cocktails. Because behind every event we create is a team that deserves to be celebrated too.
