The Chrome Bar

Apr 2026

At Pinch, we think of the bar as more than a place to grab a drink. It’s a stage, a workspace, and sometimes… a laboratory.

Enter: The Chrome Bar.

Designed with the precision and theatrics of the world’s best cocktail bars in mind, this installation transforms the act of making a drink into something guests can watch, anticipate, and experience. Every tool is intentionally placed within arm’s reach on a meticulously organized stainless steel surface, no movement wasted, no detail overlooked. It’s part choreography, part craftsmanship.

The front of the bar glows like a lightbox, turning each cocktail into a luminous display. Bottles, glassware, and garnishes are no longer background elements, they become the visual centerpiece, drawing guests in before they’ve even taken a sip.

For a recent event, we leaned into that sense of experimentation.

A retro chrome milkshake maker took center stage, whipping up a Mandarin Fizz. The machine spun and hummed as it built a silky foam that rose just above the rim of the glass, equal parts nostalgic and futuristic.

Alongside it, a Guava Cosmo made its appearance, because no New York party is complete without a cosmo. Familiar, but reimagined with a tropical edge.

And for something deeper, a Café Negroni: dark roast coffee-infused gin layered into a cocktail that feels both classic and unexpected, with a richness that lingers.

What ties it all together is intention. Every drink is not just mixed, but designed, visually, spatially, and experientially.

Because at the Chrome Bar, the goal isn’t just to serve cocktails.
It’s to make people stop, watch, and stay a little longer.
