For those who believe every meal is better with an egg on top, the Hot Springs Interaction might just be your perfect party stop.
Designed as an interactive food moment, this station centers around one of our favorite ingredients: the egg. But not just any egg. We’re talking about a perfectly creamy sous vide egg, cooked low and slow until the yolk reaches that silky, spoonable texture that feels somewhere between sauce and comfort food.
The dish starts with a base of shrimp and shiitake nasi goreng, bringing together savory rice, umami mushrooms, and rich seafood flavors. Then comes the fun part.
Each serving is finished by cracking the sous vide egg over the warm rice, letting it melt into the dish and coat every bite. To finish, it’s topped with rough-chopped scallions, Thai basil, fresh mint, crispy hard crack onions, and a drizzle of sweet, savory kecap manis.
The result is layered, comforting, and packed with creamy and crispy textures, and fresh herbs that balance the richness of the dish.
The menu is designed to feel just as fresh and unexpected as the interaction itself. Floating across the surface, guests might find:
Shrimp cocktail with virgin mary tomatoes, horseradish cream, and squid ink fish crackers
Ponzu-cured watermelon with toasted coriander seeds, grilled corn, and cashew feta
It’s also the type of station that quietly creates repeat visitors. Guests come by once out of curiosity… and then find themselves circling back for a second helping. Sometimes even a third…
