Each of our trays is thoughtfully handmade in our workshop with care, precision, and a lot of love. No shortcuts, no mass production, just hands, materials, and time.
We’d like to formally introduce you to The Ribbon Tray.
Crafted using a traditional bentwood technique, this tray begins as solid wood that’s carefully shaped, and curved by hand into soft, flowing lines. The process allows the material to bend without breaking, creating an elegant ribbon-like form that feels both sculptural and alive.
Because of this technique, no two trays are ever the same, each one has its own subtle variations, curves, and character. There are no repeating patterns here, and that’s exactly the point.
The Ribbon Tray plays with perception. Its open, see-through structure gives it a sense of lightness, almost like the tray is floating. The organic lines create negative space that becomes just as important as the food itself, allowing shadows and movement to become part of the presentation. Depending on what’s placed on it, the tray can feel delicate or bold, minimal or abundant.
This openness gives us room to experiment, not just with what we serve, but how we serve it. Bites appear suspended, and guests are invited to look twice before reaching in.
At its core, The Ribbon Tray is about balance: structure and flow, craft and design, function and art. It’s designed to elevate the moment where food meets design, and to remind us that sometimes, the most interesting part of a tray is the space in between the curves.
