Why We Do What We Do

Our favorite part of event catering is seeing a room full of people eating, drinking, and having a really good time. After all the planning, prepping, cooking, and designing, we get to stand back like proud hosts and watch it happen. Seeing someone take a bite of an unexpected hors d’oeuvre, immediately hunt down a tray for seconds, or make their friend try a bite because “you HAVE to taste this”, that’s the best parts and exactly why we do what we do.
