Pinch Food Design is a creative studio where food is the medium and design is the language. We create immersive, food-driven experiences at the intersection of design, hospitality, and production.
We’re looking for a Design Production Manager to join our Design Department full time. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and a hands-on producer: someone passionate about food, design and operations, with a strong interest in growing within the event production field.
You’ll work closely with our Creative Director and alongside our creative, workshop, kitchen, production, shipping, and warehouse teams to ensure Pinch’s design vision is executed seamlessly at events, while running a strong, efficient, and well-organized Design department.
Starting date February 17th or 23rd 2026

70K-80K salary range depending on experience

Event Design & Production
Support the design and execution of food-driven experiences, from early concept through hands-on production and event execution
Compile packing lists, rental orders, and event diagrams
Execute custom design requests and purchases with approval from the Creative Director
Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and event captains; manage reruns, party reports, and custom event needs
Be present at design-heavy and custom events for on-site setup, styling, and creative execution (collaborating with CD)
Produce event signage and manage orders, pickups, and coordination for stickers, packaging, disposables, and custom assets
Design Inventory Management & Studio Upkeep
Maintain and manage the Pinch Design inventory, ensuring accuracy and organization
Keep the Pinch Database fully up to date
Manage design resources, including supply lists, reordering, and sourcing
Oversee inventory clean-ups, reorganization, and clearance projects
Support workshop operations with warehouse and packaging projects
Maintain daily “fix-its” priority lists and create supporting documentation and videos
Company Management & Communication
Run weekly shop meetings, including deadline tracking, notes, and recaps
Lead monthly meetings focused on service standards and design protocols
Streamline and maintain all Design training materials
Elevate skill, service, and consistency through clear, thoughtful internal communication
General Responsibilities
Report daily Design needs to the Creative Director
Proactively initiate ideas, systems, and processes to improve efficiency and department workflow
Assist the Creative Director with special design needs (vendor sourcing, design purchases, small DIY projects)
Serve as the primary point of contact for Design and Production-related questions
Maintain and organize team resources; update and create internal resource documents as needed
Oversee tastings and ensure tasting rooms are properly set up and presentation-ready
Support general office and studio organization
