Our globally-trained chefs push boundaries to create food that looks as good as it tastes, from hors d’oeuvres to full plated meals. Everything is prepped in our Chelsea kitchen and finished on-site for peak freshness.

Our in-house design team builds playful yet sophisticated food presentations that consistently break the mold. We create unexpected ways to serve and share – merging food and design to turn catering into a culinary experience.

At Pinch, sustainability matters as much as taste and presentation. We partner with groups like Zero Foodprint, Columbia’s Earth Institute, and Terrapass to cut emissions, support small farms, and fund a more sustainable food future. Will you join us?
